Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the Ciao Vino Wine Club! To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms, and conditions.

 

There is no fee to join the Ciao Vino Wine Club, and you may sign up anytime online, via phone, or by visiting Ciao Vino where you will pick-up your wine. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

All Ciao Vino Club Members and the person signing for the wine club must be at least 21 years of age.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

The Ciao Vino wine club is a recurring subscription with a new red and/or white bottle available each month.  Upon signing up for the Ciao Vino Wine Club, your membership will continue until cancellation.

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a monthly basis until you notify us. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting service@ciaovinowineclub.com. By clicking “Sign Up” on our website’s wine club sign-up forms, you authorize Ciao Vino Wine Club to charge your credit card for monthly purchase until you cancel your club membership.

The Ciao Vino wine club consists of monthly bottles of wine, available for pick-up at Ciao Vino after the first weekday of the month. Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. Please add service@ciaovinowineclub.com to your address book to avoid the email getting lost in your junk or spam mail folder. Changes to your wine choice or billing information after the 20th of the month prior to pick-up may not be processed until the following month.

As a member with a paid subscription, you receive a discount to in-restaurant purchases Monday - Wednesday, members only Monthly Wine Tastings, and  opportunities to sign-up for wine-maker dinners before announcement to the general public.

PICK-UP

At the beginning of the month, we will send an e-mail and/or text to you to let you know your wine is available at Ciao Vino for pick-up.  Wine that is not claimed after one month may be sold or returned at the sole discretion of the wine club.  If you are planning on being away for an extended period or otherwise cannot pick-up your wine, please call or e-mail us to make an arrangement. 

 

CANCELLATION

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a month to month basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting service@ciaovinowineclub.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.

 

UNCLAIMED WINE

Your card is charged between the 22nd and the end of the month prior to pick-up.   We have limited space for wine storage.  Please pick up your wine as soon as possible after notification of availability.   We have specials for subscribing members who pick up their wines on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.  Wine that is not picked-up without an arrangement after one month may be sold or returned to the distributor or vineyard at our discretion.
